The agreement part

Plain English, and it's short.

The logo, photos and wording I send are mine to use, and I'm responsible for them. The site comes as-is. Nobody's promising traffic, sales, or where I'll land on Google. If something goes wrong, the most that can come back is what I paid. My web address goes in my name, and renewing it after the first year is on me. This isn't an ongoing service. Once the site is up, it's mine to look after. Two rounds of changes are included, and the clock starts once everything's been sent in. For the introductory price, I'll write a couple of sentences about how it went and I'm fine with my site being shown as a sample.
